Third Space Therapy WA is a mobile service provider for people of all ages and abilities aimed at building confidence, wellbeing and life skills through the medium of food and cooking.Third Space Therapy WA designs person centred food experiences for individuals, families and groups where people can develop the skills they may need to perform tasks associated with cooking and feeding themselves or their families. Secondarily the spaces created may also offer people the opportunity to process other lived experiences such as social isolation, anxiety or grief.
