At Body Equations we provide a safe, calm and positive space where our highly competent trainers will teach you how the art of pilates and intelligent training can benefit every realm of your life. The foundation of Body Equations is Pilates. However we believe that bodies should work in a multitude of ways in order to obtain true health this is why we offer a variety of classes and different styles of workouts. Your fitness should never grow stale and we will always work on challenging and motivating you. We believe that no matter what limitations an individual has that there is always a way to work the body and the mind to gain strength, mobility, breath, and peace. No two bodies are alike so we provide a unique mix of classes that are designed to meet the needs of each individual that walks through our doors.We emphasize our small group classes to enhance everyone's fitness. You will not be able to take a class and go unnoticed. We believe in creating a community here and encouraging our clients to take responsibility of their own health and fitness. We will provide ways and ideas for individuals to continue reaching there goals even when not at the studio. Personality is a huge part of Body Equations. You will find all of our trainers to be highly approachable, knowledgeable , and goofy.
