We exist as an organization dedicated to studying and promoting the ideas of the Austrian School of Economics. Our slogan "Promoting Free Markets, Peace, and Prosperity." effectively demonstrates this ideology.As a private academic research institute, our focus is on the publishing of articles, a policy review magazine, and of peer-reviewed academic journals. The F.A. Hayek Institute of Canada is modeled predominantly after the Cato Institute, Fraser Institute, and the Ludwig von Mises Institute.
