GTM Appraisal, LLC is owned and operated by Galen F. Morrison and Tina A. Morrison. Since 1998 our firm has provided specialized real estate appraisal consulting for right of way and eminent domain matters. Primary duties of Galen Morrison will continue to be appraisal review of right of way appraisals. Beginning in March 2017 our firm is expanding our services to include drone photography and real property media services. This new endeavor will incorporate the film and editing skills of Stephen Morrison. Our services will include drone photography for real estate marketing, specialized video services for eminent domain projects, and video advertising services for real estate professionals, community organizations, economic development, and other clients. Our staff at GTM Appraisal believe that participating in outreach and volunteer services are important for our community. We welcome inquiries and opportunities to serve organizations involved in Christian missions, church planting, community betterment, shelters for those in need, and benevolent projects.
