Background screening services are performed by automated electronic servers which communicate to numerous State/ Federal Department of Justice systems and Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) offices throughout the United States. Services are performed seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Since 1986 CDS has successfully acquired two laboratories, seven individual consortiums, and operates with seven offices in nine different states.
