The ability to demonstrate true potential will empower an individual and increase their chances of becoming gainfully employed. The clarification, identification and development of a person's skills and abilities will serve to increase personal responsibility and independence which will lead to financial and social stability.HPC has three (3) solution-oriented divisions to deliver services to our customers. HPC's Workforce Development and Job Creation Division provides employment opportunities and job creation services for specialized populations requiring the adjustments and re-adjustments for employability, work readiness, family and community; Administrative and Facility Support Services Division assist government agencies that require additional support personnel in meeting their department goals; and,Management and Staff Development Training.
