Fine dining found in the most unexpected unique place in the charming village of Poolville (Earlville) NY. The Restaurant now in its 8th year of operation under two highly qualified chefs. Roger Foster an area native and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and Charles Wilburn a graduate of Johnson & Whales University. Both are involved in the daily preparation of the cuisine. Every thing is home made by the two chefs on premise soups, breads,ice creams and seasonal sorbets.We take food seriously, using locally sourced ingredients when ever available.
