With a $100 million initial equity commitment from Tailwater Capital, Elevate Midstream Partners I acquired, operated and developed more than 180 miles of active pipelines, 19,000-horsepower of compression, an 80 MMcf/d gas processing plant, and related dehydration and NGL stabilization equipment in East Texas. It successfully exited that business in November 2019. Elevate Midstream II, LLC is backed with a new $150 million equity commitment from Tailwater to further capitalize on midstream asset acquisition and greenfield buildout opportunities.
