Project sizes have ranged from $500k to $80M.Jonathan McElwain is the Vice President of EL&M and focuses on structural engineering for buildings, especially U.S. embassies and consulates overseas, federal buildings in metropolitan Washington, DC, park and recreational facilities, historic structures, and physical security.
