Dedicated to the pursuit of balance and transformation, Yoga To Go Studio offers a range of Iyengar Yoga & Pilates Mat classes, workshops and retreats for individuals and groups, from beginners to advanced students. Taught by fully qualified, experienced and dedicated teachers, our classes run 6 days a week at our Petersham studio. We believe in an individual approach and aim to provide an experience and environment that will nurture progress and cultivate strength and stability in the body and mind.Yoga To Go - Corporate Wellness Program:Promote improved health and wellness, and cultivate a happier and more productive workplace with our 12-week Corporate Wellness Program - combining yoga, Pilates and mindfulness classes. Classes can be delivered at your workplace or our fully equipped Studio. Choose from a 45 or 60-minute class and a time that's convenient for you, such as lunchtime, before or after work.
