Genevieve, and Northern Cape Girardeau Counties. The company is a member of the Association of Missouri Electric Cooperatives and one of 23 member-owners of Wabash Valley Power Alliance. CEC is also a Touchstone electric cooperative and a member of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association.
