We love helping families build their dream homes, & our experienced team is here for you every step of the way.02.Architecture & DesignThis is the fun part! You tell us all of your wants/needs for your new home, & our experienced team works with you to design your home. We'll start with a rough sketch, then create a full floor plan of your new custom home.03.Project Bidding & ContractUsing the design/layout we'll figure out finishes, to get together a total cost. From there, we'll build out a contract that lists budgets for flooring, appliances, paint, etc.04.Construction LaunchIt's finally time! Everything is in order, contracts are signed, & we're ready to break ground! Life is about to get really exciting! Get ready!05.Build & FinishThe build has begun. We'll take everything that we've talked about together up to this point, & put it all together. Set back & watch it all come together. Flooring, paint, backsplashes, countertops; All of it. Every week, something new & exciting will come together in your new home.06.Move InThe time is here. This beautiful, custom home is YOURS!
