His expertise covers a broad range of disciplines, geographies and cultures. Since 2005, Ron has lived primarily in Asia- PacificRon has experienced hands-on the increasing drive of "Western" companies and organizations to expand towards/in Asia-Pacific and vice versa, with often the struggle to merge/align values and principles across different ways of working and belief systems.Ron brings people together and helps them bridge differences. He has experience running a growing and changing global company, as well as global teams with various locally different cultures.
