In service to this mission, we lead existing community stakeholders towards focus, consensus, and breakthrough solutions. Social Contract creates the conditions for rapid community learning and coordinated action. Our Design Thinking facilitators help community stakeholders build trust, break silos, and take action. Through this process, we grow high-functioning collaboratives who forge a new path forward. Allying local assets, national allies, and our nation's most promising young change agents, we gain clarity on the problem set; we build distinctly effective tools that help existing stakeholders catalyze their collective impact.
