Good Moodra Yoga is a place where yogis of all levels come to share their unique practices and learn and grow with their peers with common goals and ambitions. It allows for a safe, judgement-free space for students to ask questions, share feedback, and receive modifications to their practice. We consistently reinforce that the purpose of yoga is not to "get into poses," but to experience their bodies moving and stretching, and strengthening at their own paces while allowing the mind to relax, manage their stress and ultimately, improve their mood!We will encourage a community to mingle, make friends, and provide a comfortable environment where everyone can achieve this. The ultimate goal is to create an environment where students want to come back over and over – not JUST because they love yoga, but because they love the people, the environment, and the culture.Good Moodra Yoga is also the only studio in Orange County that offers Yoga Trapeze! The Yoga Trapeze is extremely versatile, helping to achieve a FULL body work out along with assisting with traction and flexibility.It's a great addition to your yoga practice - especially since grip strength and pull motion is something that mat yoga alone doesn't offer!
