The organization was founded and is led by Rony Peterson Jabour who was worked in construction for over 10 years and has been a leader in promoting safety among immigrant workers.Mr. Jabour is an authorized OSHA 10 & 30 outreach construction trainer,and received intensive instruction from OSHA's senior trainer, Carol Bates.Mr. Jabour developed a pilot program with the Massachusetts Coalition for Occupational Safety and Health (MASSCOSH) & Brazilian Immigrant Center to provide OSHA 10 outreach training to Brazilian & Spanish workers.
