Our certified trainers design programs around the things you do in the real world. We train not only to help our clients lose weight or get toned but to enable them to do every day things like picking up their kids, pulling a box off a shelf or every carrying in the groceries.We limit our class sizes to ensure that we can give individual attention to everyone in attendance. We incorporate exercises from many disciplines including things such as: Weightlifting, Yoga, Aerobics, Boxing, and track and field. We even build in some fun games and challenges.Our belief is that by mixing things up we prevent boredom and keep things fun. Also we keep the body guessing so it doesn't adapt to a particular exercise. We know that no one exercise program fits all and provide alternatives and modification to anyone who needs them.We want our clients to succeed and go the extra mile to help them reach their goals.
