YesLiberia uses innovative program models to address problems effecting youths in Liberia, West Africa. Our mission is to empower young people through meaningful service learning opportunities in education, healthcare, and technology. We do this through partnerships and strategic learning models to utilize existing students' habits and while upholding societal values in the communities we work. Our SportsUp program is an unconventional program that effectively uses sports and technology as motivational tools to educate youth through Community Engagement, Capacity Building, and Innovative Learning. To date, through other services provided, we've given over 350 scholarships in Africa, partnered with 9 schools in Africa, worked with approximately 90 volunteers around the world, provided school supplies for over 3000 kids, sent 4000 text books and reading books to Africa, hired 4 interns in the USA with course credits benefits towards their graduations, and collaborated with student organizations at 8 universities across the USA.
