The Northwest Ohio Chapter serves 24 counties: Allen, Ashland, Auglaize, Crawford, Defiance, Erie, Fulton, Hancock, Hardin, Henry, Huron, Knox, Lucas, Mercer, Ottawa, Paulding, Putnam, Richland, Sandusky, Seneca, Van Wert, Williams, Wood, and Wyandot. We have offices in Toledo, Findlay, Lima, and Mansfield. Our vision is a world without Alzheimer's disease.
