We form solutions to social, political and moral challenges. LEAD was founded by my good friend, Dr. Janet Dewart Bell, whom I met some years ago when she was a young Washington Urban League 30 years and under board member. Over the years I have been a promoter of intergenerational learning and cooperation, so it is indeed gratifying that this notion is finally taking root because it is very much needed for such a time as this. - John E.
