Project Delivery Group (PDG) was originally registered with the State of Oregon as Value Management Specialists, LLC on August 26, 2005 to provide project management consulting for our clients and value engineering studies. On January 1, 2007, the partners reregistered the business with the State of Oregon as Project Delivery Group, LLC to reflect our expansion into providing client-driven full service civil engineering and project development services. We were certified as an Emerging Small Business (Tier 1), a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, and a Women Business Enterprise by the State of Oregon Office of Minority, Women and Emerging Small Business (Certification Number 4353). By August 2008, PDG's five employees and the two founding Principals moved into offices near the Salem airport and added land surveying and planning services. Faced with the serious economic downturn in the nation and region which began in the fall of 2008, PDG principals and a core staff focused our energy and determination on providing our clients with creative, timely, quality services of high value. As we met their needs and expectations, our reputation was built by the referrals of satisfied clients, creating the most valuable marketing tool available.Today, our qualified professional staff provides civil engineering and design, 3D modeling for machine control, land surveying, land use planning, project management, and other operational and management consulting services. With a staff of twenty, including four professional engineers, one professional land surveyors, a landscape architect and fifteen designers and non-licensed professionals, our team is ready to support your needs.
