PaperSeven is an independent games development studio based in Brighton, UK. Our goal is to produce games that have depth and meaning; create characters that go beyond the clichéd; and have a clear sense of style.The studio's most notable release has been the first-person, story-driven adventure game, Blackwood Crossing. The game was released in April 2017 on PC, Xbox One and PS4. It won UKIE's 'British Game of Show' at Gamescom 2016, and was nominated for Best Writing and Best Animation at the 2017 Develop Awards.The studio was set up in 2011 by three senior members of Black Rock Studio, and is now a team of 13. The senior management team has over 50 years' development experience across all platforms.
