Coldwell Banker® First Ottawa Realty was formed in 1993 from the purchase of Canada Trust Real Estate offices in the Ottawa region. In 1995 the company expanded to include an east end branch in Gloucester and in 1998, Coldwell Banker Commercial® First Ottawa Realty was formed. In early 2002 an office in Stittsville was opened servicing Kanata, Goulbourn and the Ottawa valley. Ross Webley has recently purchased an additional 2 real estate offices in Ottawa's east end serving the Orleans, Gloucester and Rockland communities.
