Everett, WA, US • 100 - 249 Employees
Non-Profit

Housing Hope offers a full range of affordable housing options throughout Snohomish County. Housing types include emergency shelter, permanent affordable-rent units with access to tailored services and homeownership opportunities. Housing Hope focuses its activities on Snohomish County and Camano Island, collaborating and cooperating with local communities to make sure programs address the needs of local residents with the lowest incomes and the greatest need.Housing Hope offers safe, secure, decent and affordable places to live. The housing is enriched with services: intensive family support services, education, employment preparation and life skills training through our College of Hope program, along with expectations to ensure that residents will become and remain self-sufficient when they move on. By helping vulnerable families build personal assets and address the social and personal issues that may have contributed to their housing issues, cycles of poverty and hopelessness end.Housing Hope has the only licensed childcare program in Snohomish County serving the very critical needs of homeless and low-income children. Tomorrow's Hope Child Development Center is licensed to serve 112 children from four weeks to 12 years old, so children of all ages in a family can receive quality service at one location.Since 1987, 70 housing developments have been completed. Housing Hope currently manages 479 units in 22 housing developments, and has helped 301 families build and own their own homes through our sweat equity program.
