Energy Alchemy was founded by Mark Sharratt in 2006 to help leaders join the dots between their vision and their people.Drawing lessons from his own work journey and a successful joint venture with world-leading professional leadership training firm, Dale Carnegie, Mark set out to challenge traditional coaching ideas and to teach leaders to ask the questions that inspire.The Energy Alchemy model is based on Mark's own experience of receiving highly motivating feedback and his deep understanding of what it means to thrive at work.
