The Wellington Chamber was formed to focus on what makes Wellington unique from surrounding communities by emphasizing the differences, to bring a competitive advantage to Wellington merchants, and to protect those differences for all residents. In fact, it was a return to the idea that chambers of commerce best serve their communities when they are local and when they do not try to be all things to all people. The Chamber's strength lies in the number and diversity of its membership. Both large and small businesses from virtually every profession are represented and influence the interests and concerns of the Chamber. Collectively, we accomplish what no other business could do alone, and we are only as strong as members allow us to be through their support.
