Founded in 2017 by fintech and capital markets veterans, CrowdFill's software platform represents the logical next step in the evolution of trade matching technology. Despite decades of development in the capital markets ecosystem of pre- and post-trade analytics, order-management systems and complex trade routing services, there is still a core issue standing in the way of true best execution across multiple asset classes and liquidity profiles. At the point of execution, trades are still matched today the way they were 200 years ago, by matching one buy order against one sell order, one traded pair at a time. CrowdFill finally empowers the market to move past those limitations to a transaction model which bundles multiple customer orders to trade directly against liquidity providers' factor preferences. CrowdFill's unique, patent-protected matching process solves the concerns and meets the needs of buy side and liquidity provider alike. CrowdFill mitigates the harm associated with information leakage and permits asset managers and market makers to trade with each other on mutually-beneficial terms.
