Sandra, Wendy, Smitty, and Roy have various backgrounds and experience but all work together to help our customers get just what they are after in the design of their home. Sandra and Wendy are our lead designers. Sandra has owned her own construction business with her husband and has worked for Color Tile for over 20 years. She is a wealth of knowledge in all things flooring and design.Wendy has owned her own store and worked in flooring and design for over 15 years. She is great with design and best use products. Smitty has also owned his own store in Tillamook and has installed flooring in every county West of the Mississippi River. He's a wealth of knowledge for application of product, demo, and is ever learning the new techniques specified for our ever-changing industry. Roy is the owner and has a background in small business. He has managed a publishing company, started a children's hair salon, and even tried his hand in the food truck industry. He loves working with people and helping guide people through the design process.
