WE TAKE FIVE is an interactive telecare startup that guides individuals and enterprises through programmed 5-minute micro-wellness sessions that empower you to take charge of your health and wellbeing.Physically and emotionally overwhelmed by the current events?We use breath, intention, and mindful movement (dynamic stretches, self-massage, and release techniques) to safely release the tension accumulated in our body. At the end of each session we take 5 deep breaths to intentionally acknowledge the news of the day and their effects on our minds and bodies as well as share strategies to take action.Feel like there are not enough hours in the day for self-care?Our sessions are always 5 minutes long and can be done right at your desk.Worried about additional spendings?WE TAKE FIVE is committed to making movement accessible for every body.That is why our live group sessions run on a PAY WHAT YOU CAN basis.Those in a position to pay for a monthly membership are encouraged to invest 1 hour's pay.
