Fuji offers Old Port diners a welcoming, authentic Japanese dining experience. Our menu includes more than 30 types of sushi and 40 types of maki rolls, as well as a variety of other Japanese favorites. Diners can choose to sit at intimate booths, in our traditional tatami room, or at our exciting hibachi tables. Japanese hibachi tables feature table side preparation of filet mignon, New York strip, teriyaki chicken and vegetarian teppanyaki by our professionally trained chefs. And of course our popular hibachi seafood entrees include Maine lobster, shrimp, Maine scallops, and calamari. Our master sushi chef has more than 30 years' experience in restaurants in Japan, Texas and Chicago, and demands the very finest fresh ingredients daily for our sushi, sashimi and maki.
