Helpful Balance's aim is to provide a wide variety of tech and back office services to clients around the world as well as creation and management of the owners own websites and apps.Helpful Balance looks to do things differently than your average company, taking lessons from U.S., Indian and companies from around the world with the owner's extensive experience. Trying to find a balance of global support with U.S. quality of service and timeliness.The owner has spent almost 3 years living in India and managing Indian teams and plans to spend part of the year in Coimbatore with the team to provide a more hands on and personal management and learning experience for the team.This is a start-up and a dream and passion of the owner, and we are looking for a diverse and energetic group of honest, hardworking employees to be part of that journey.
