Milliken Horticulture Services, LLC, has been in business for the last 15 years and is owned and operated by Walks Milliken. We focus on landscaping, irrigation, lighting and hardscapes. As a native South Carolinian and avid outdoorsman, Walks started the company when he realized that he could work outdoors and still earn a living. He started with a small lawn mowing business while he was in high school and from that passion for landscaping, he went to both Midlands Technical College and Trident Technical College and earned degrees in business and horticulture. The business started as just a yard maintenance and he eventually phased out the maintenance business to focus on landscape design, and then expanded to irrigation and lighting design. Over the last several years, we have increased our staff, our hardscape service and our equipment. We only buy plants and trees from local nurseries to support the local economy and we concentrate on native plants. Our goal is to make our clients happy with the design, the installation and the end product. We look forward to working with you on your new outdoor living space.
