GEDC currently has a development and marketing contract with New Pacific Resources Management Inc. to manage all aspects of its projects, The Beacon and Soluna; and with Stonebridge Corporation for its high-end project in Alabang, Sonria. GEDC is led by Francisco Licuanan III and Miriam O. Katigbak who act as the companies' CEO and President, respectively.
