Multicultural Care provides culturally tailored aged and disability in home support services to enable individuals to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. Our organisation is a not-for-profit community organisation who has been meeting the needs of the elderly and people living with disabilities for over two decades across the Inner West, South West and South East Sydney regions. We are a registered NDIS provider funded by the Australian Government Department of Health to provide in home-care support for people with disability and the elderly to empower these individuals to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible.Our in-home care services are 100% culturally-tailored services and with a committed, passionate qualified team and our extensive experience in home & community care, Multicultural Care is able to support individuals and families requiring all levels of support at home or in the community. Our bilingual support staff and administrative team speak over 20 languages.Our mission is to empower & enable our clients to continue to live independent, fulfilling lives in their own homes for as long as possible. Our team is industry-regarded for its caring, professional approach; all members are highly trained to meet each client's goals & care needs.
