Since 1965, the Economic Opportunity Program of Chemung and Schuyler Counties (EOP) has been a multi-service organization for family success within the community. EOP is a designated nonprofit community action agency and is the largest private human services organization in Chemung and Schuyler Counties. At its core, EOP is a vehicle to provide an opportunity for individuals and families to earn a decent living wage, learn to protect and save the money they earn and provide a positive present and future for themselves and their children. Through a combination of family development services and energy services, EOP demonstrates its commitment to the community and promotes self-sufficiency.
