Sovex has 30 service engineers dotted all over the UK and are trained to service, repair and maintain any material handling system, not just Sovex's. As well as vehicles filled with the most commonly used spare parts the Prenton headquarters has spare pieces of equipment it can lend to customers during a breakdown. This allows them to get up and running again quickly while Sovex engineers manufacture them a new unit.
