We educate employees on life insurance and help them obtain individually-owned, guaranteed-issue life insurance coverage on themselves, their spouse, and their child(ren) through a 50+ year-old national program called Cincinnati Worksite Life. There is zero cost to employers.We work directly with private and public employers but also with other insurance agents as a turnkey enrollment solution to their clients, regardless if the agent has a Cincinnati Life Insurance contract. We are a Strategic Enrollment Partner for the Cincinnati Worksite Life Program. We are NOT looking to replace any existing employee benefits. This includes voluntary life insurance because Cincinnati Worksite Life is Individually-Owned, not Employer-Sponsored. Also, we are NOT looking to replace the current insurance agent of any existing employee benefits.
