ContinuCare is licensed and certified to participate in the Medicare program and we focus our nursing services on adults; our heart is especially touched by our sweet elderly community and our heroic veterans. We also care for our community members through Primary Care services through programs offered by the VA and Health & Human Services of our great state of Texas.
