We specialize in service, troubleshooting, hydraulic fabrication and rebuilds to include cylinders, pumps, etc. We have a full machine to support quick 24/7 service and turnaround.We offer hydraulic flushing, HPU fabrication, Cylinder Manufacturing and Rebuilds. Pump, Winch, Hydraulic Motor rebuilds.We have preventative maintenance programs for turnarounds and majors. We offer to keep inventory of rebuilt items from turnaround and majors in stock to minimize downtime so our customers can keep equipment from experiencing any downtime. We tailor these programs to meet our customer needs.We will manage the turnaround/major from start to finish through initial kickoff meetings, upfront estimates, weekly/daily update reports and status of project and 360 feedback project completion reports.We have over 15 technicians with extensive experience in four locations to support standardization of service and parts. Full-service machine shop and full-time machinist.Controls:We also have a full-service engineering and manufacturing facility for marine and industrial automation. We design systems to fit customer needs, build and test in house in accordance with ISO9001 practices. We can submit to a variety of regulatory bodies and meet any specifications as required by the project. We use standard off-the-shelf, non-proprietary equipment. We use ABS and UL approved equipment.
