Our founder Mr. Duncan Lam graduated with a food science degree from a renowned North American university during the 1970s. An expert food technologist in dairy, beverage and bakery, with 40 years of experience in the F&B industry, Mr. Lam has held Technical Director, R&D Director and General Manager positions at several of the world's top food enterprises. By applying and adapting modern cross-disciplinary dairy, beverage, and biscuit technologies, we have focused on bakery ingredients and have successfully developed, produced, and marketed for bakery industries for over a decade.
