PGECL, formerly Pakistan Guarantee Export House (PGEH), was established in 1999 under the Registration of Export Houses Order (1990) of Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of Pakistan with the objective of facilitating trade & commerce with international partners in view of the prospective globalization agenda. The export house, in its early days spent considerable effort and resources towards building in-house expertise in the areas of export promotion & marketing through several research & training exchanges with international partners in the GCC, East Asia, Europe & the Americas.
