MISSIONFarm of Professional Soccer exists to provide the youth in the West Texas area the first professionally structured soccer club for which our members can thrive under. Led by the only FIFA Licensed Professional Coach Raul Ruiz in the West Texas area, FPS FC will place focus on the development of the individual (as a soccer player and person) and teams through our specialized training curriculum to allow for them to reach their fullest potential in a fun, safe and challenging learning environment using positive role models.VISION Our vision is to become the largest and most successful youth soccer club in West Texas, to become ONE club and not a loose collection of coaches and teams each following their own approach. To establish FPS FC as a model of true player development in Texas and create a state-of-the-art facility in the near future to further facilitate that development. In making this vision a reality, FPS FC strives each day to guide our players to pursue their dreams on and off the field in a safe and positive learning environment. This vision, along with our core values of Passion, Commitment, Respect, Perseverence, and Leadership is embedded in our club culture and aims to attract those players, coaches, and parents who also share in our philosophy of player and personal development. COACHING PHILOSOPHYClub committed to true player development and team development by implementing a challenging and rigorous training curriculum. in order to do so, soccer will be used to instill the Core Values of FPS FC; Passion, Commitment, Respect, Leadership, and Perseverance. These values will be tested and strengthened in the heat of competition. Players will learn to be proud in defeat and humble in victory as we develop the future.
