Sabita Kanhai started Sabita Holistic Center in 2002 with a passion to bring integrative health into a friendly, nurturing and private atmosphere that allowed people to feel good and get better faster. The center includes a team of doctors and therapists trained in both traditional and conventional medicines, using an integrative approach in order to provide the individual with choices for achieving and maintaining personal optimum health. Our specialties include naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, massage, Thai massage, lymphatic drainage, cancer massage, Qigong, energy medicine, yoga and meditation. SHC offers an extensive corporate wellness program, a convenient, cost-effective way for a company to provide wellness services and education to their employees. It can be customized and flexible to the demands of your company, with the goal of reducing stress while increasing productivity and energy. We offer guided meditation three times a month in the center. These free sessions are held every first and third Wednesday of the month from 1:00 to 1:45pm and every second Monday of the month from 7:30 to 8:30pm.
