It is open to past patients and to the public, after passing medical clearance guidelines of the American College of Sports Medicine. Members will be given a thorough health and lifestyle assessment, as well as a musculoskeletal fitness evaluation. From this extensive evaluation, a full fitness program will be designed by one of our exercise consultants, with instruction and supervision given by our Fitness Staff. Programs are monitored and modified at regular intervals throughout the membership.
