MoveInSync is a venture which helps companies manage their Employee Transportation in a cost efficient manner with use of state of the art technology. It follows a B2B model. As transportation is third highest cost head for companies and there is growing concerns of employee safety in the country, with our solution we have tried to solve these problems in the following manner: 1. Employee Safety and Security: With our reactive and proactive safety features, we have make sure that there is no incidence which occurs that impact the employee safety and security. In most of the cases the security help desk gets a proactive alert in case of probable incidence occurrence. We have a record of 0% female employee safety defaults in 9 years of operations across 75+ clients and over 180 thousand employees using daily transportation. 2. Reduction in number of Cabs Required: With our Routing Algorithm, we reduce the number of cabs required by 10-15%. We are trying to solve the traffic problem by clubbing more employees in the same cab. 3. Improved Process Efficiency: With the end to end automation of transportation process including booking of cabs by employees, generating routes, allocating cabs, electronic trip sheet generation, billing and auto generated reports, our system reduces manual intervention by 80% and improves the process efficiency. 4. Cost Optimization: With improved routing and process efficiency our clients have saved from 15-30% in total cost of transportation. The company is headquartered at Bangalore. It also has a Pan India presence of more than 20 cities serving 75+ customers.
