The department of Textile Engineering is one of the largest department at BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology (BUFT). BUFT Textile Club is one of the most popular students' organizations of BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT) associated with the Department of Textile Engineering and Textile Engineering & Management. It was established in 2015. The department is also focused on enhancing the analytical skills of students through extra curriculum activities by BTC it helps to bring everyone together through problem solving. BUFT Textile Club (BTC) serves as a platform to create future leaders for Textile industries while providing the industry-oriented knowledge to the students and connecting the fresh graduates with the professionals. The motto of the club is to make the textile students more capable in a multi-dimensional way in today's competitive world. The club regularly arranges webinars, seminars, workshops, contests regarding professional and software skills, higher education abroad, job preparation, experience sharing and so on.
