The model provides women with leadership education and direct access to a network of trusted advisors. Mentors help students achieve life goals through developing a step-by-step plan for success and, as a result, students gain the confidence and insight needed to become women leaders of the future.Today, WGLI is creating a global community where women can learn from and support one another in their leadership development. Still, many social barriers must be overcome.
