(UjN) was formed in 2004 by a core management team with more than 15 years of experience in the refurbishing and servicing of the many types and models of wire saws main roller components. Our comprehensive service includes the precision casting of (2) two component (P.U) polyurethane as well as the mill righting of the bearing taper itself. These main rollers direct and guide diamond filaments which are used to cut/slice silicon wafers for use in the manufacturing of solar panels and computer microprocessors. For this reason it is important to maintain the close tolerances of the main roller component.Our proprietary methods and processes have been developed over time and through experience and offer companies within these industries an opportunity to dramatically reduce the costs associated with main and guide roller maintenance and replacement.
