EnEta Energy Engineering Inc. is an engineering company specialized in energy analysis of buildings. It is based in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia. Since our establishment in 2006, we have provided quality consulting services to a diverse clientele encompassing the education, health, commercial, residential and recreation markets. Most of our work is specific to energy performance simulations (modelling) of whole building designs including architectural, mechanical, and electrical systems.The modelling work we do is mainly focused on optimizing energy efficiency with cost effectiveness for diverse types of new construction projects. In addition, we delivered many successful submissions of energy compliance modelling under LEED certification, BC Hydro incentive, and NRCan incentive. We also completed numerous third‑party reviews of building energy models for LEED compliance, BC Hydro Power Smart applications, and P3 project bid submissions.Our projects range from 5,000 m2 school to 50,000 m2 hospital, with a total of 76 building energy models created.
