We're here to raise the bar on customer service. Great companies are built atop even greater customer service, and great customer service is part of a culture and mindset that stems from the top of an organization. So, whats the prevailing problem? Customer service is generally regarded as a cost center (as opposed to a profit center) by management and is therefore a tool that is almost always under budgeted, under valued, and under utilized. However, when done well, customer service can be as much of a revenue generator as any other department, since it allows companies to increase customer loyalty, keep up with market trends, turn customers into ambassadors for their product, and contribute directly to sales.
